Returns & Refunds

At RooferOutlet.com, we stand behind our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted under the guidelines below.

Returns

  • Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Clearance or final-sale items are not returnable unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  • Email info@rooferoutlet.com with your order number.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns.

  • Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund once reviewed.
